Espresso Machine
Field Service Technician:
We
are currently hiring experienced Espresso Machine
Field Service Technicians in our
Mississauga Office.
Responsibilities will include scheduling and execution of PM for all customers,
emergency on-site technical support for the GTA and southern Ontario, technical support of
our national service partner network and spare parts department management.
Responsibilities
:
 |
Installing new machines in accordance
with a fast paced rollout schedule |
|
Performing preventative maintenance on
all machines in your service area |
|
Covering other service areas as needed
|
|
Basic in store training for
owner/operators |
|
Troubleshooting and repair of
mechanical,
electrical, hydraulic and electronic
systems |
|
Evaluation of finished product taste and
appearance; Latte, Cappuccino, etc |
|
Some travel, evening, and week-end on
call is required |
Requirements :
|
Technical degree required |
|
Preferred candidate will have 5-10 years
electro-mechanical experience |
|
Previous field service experience
required |
|
Electronics or related degree preferred
|
|
Excellent troubleshooting skills and
mechanical aptitude |
|
Skilled with the use of test instruments
such as multimeters |
|
Superior customer service skills |
|
Professional attitude and appearance
|
|
Ability to work independently and
organize own activities |
|
Must also be able to
work as part of a team |
|
Ability to communicate clearly both
verbally and in writing |
|
Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable
driving record |
|
Must be able to regularly lift up to 25
lbs and occasionally up to
80lbs |
|
Experience in the coffee industry is
helpful, but not required |
|
Travel outside your service area as
needed |
